Start in push-up/plank position and complete a plank jack, jumping feet apart and back together finishing in plank position. Thrust the knees forward toward your chest and jump them back out into plank position. Finish by explosively pushing off both legs, jumping up and landing back into squat position. Explosively pushing off both legs, jump up and land into a lunge position. Start by squatting down until hips are parallel to the ground. Lower down and explosively push up quickly clapping your hands in mid-air before bringing your hands back down to the floor. From that position, explosively push off both legs, jump up and land back into the squat position. The majority of weight should be in your arms allowing you to stay light on your toes. Alternate bringing your knees across your chest toward your opposite elbow. Add these bodyweight moves to your workout. After the last exercise, I recommend resting for two minutes and then repeating the entire circuit two more times. I like to perform these as a circuit, doing as many reps as possible in 30 seconds, with little rest between exercises. Making modifications to movements is simple.
